If you have a pucture you can call us and we will get out to you with a replacement bike as soon as we can. We also give you some tyre sealant that in most cases can be added to the tyre and pumped up.
His happens on very rare occasions! If you run the ebike in high power all the time there is a chance you could run out so use it as explained in your briefingh.
If you run out of battery, your ebike can still be pedalled like a normal bike, however please call the emergency number and we can try and swap the bike over.
We will ask you to text us periodically with your location so we know where you are on the route. However most of the time we can help you by turning on your geolocation on your phones.
