  • How often should I get my ebike serviced?
    We recommend that you have your ebike serviced every 1,000 miles.
  • Are you qualified bike mechanics?
    Yes - We have worked in the bicycle industry for over 11 years, working on all types of bikes. We are Cytech certified mechanics.
  • Do your ebikes come with a warranty?
    Yes - All brand new ebikes come with a 12 month warranty. Ex-hire, demo, and used bikes come with a 3 month warranty.
  • Do you charge for delivery?
    Deliveries within England and Wales are free of charge. Scotland and Northern Ireland deliveries are £50. Islands, Highland and International, please contact us to confirm delivery costs.
  • Can I collect my ebike from your shop in Kent?
    Yes you can. Once your ebike is ready for collection, we will notify you and arrange a collection date and time. We will also help you load your bike into your vehicle.
  • Do you take Cycle to Work vouchers?
    Yes, we do take various Cycle to Work vouchers. Please CONTACT US to inquire.
  • Which Cycle to Work schemes do you offer?
    We also offer bike purchases via the Cycle to Work schemes: Cycle Scheme, Cycle 2 Work from Halfords, and Bike2Work Scheme; plus many others! Please CONTACT US​ for further information.
  • Is there parking available?
    Yes. We have a very large car park at Headcorn Aerodrome that you can use. It is available until 4.00pm.
  • Do you have toilets?
    Yes, there are toilets on site at Headcorn Aerodrome
