It is a beautiful Wealden farmstead with medieval origins that is being tastefully refurbished to provide a family home complete with five letting suites and in the future some commercial business space. The group of buildings, steeped in history and natural character, is a hidden treasure waiting to be uncovered. It is a place of peace and tranquillity surrounded by open farmland and connected by a network of footpaths and bridleways including the Greensand Way.

High Chimney Farm

Distance to shop: 6 miles

Ideally situated in the Weald of Kent, High Chimney Farm Cottage is a beautifully converted self contained former Granary. Ali and Nick bought High Chimney Farm 8 years ago and have now converted the Cottage into luxury accommodation ideal for overnight, short stays or a full holiday let if required.

Entrance is via a private gate with ample parking, Enter through a pretty courtyard, there is a key lock entry.

You will walk into my favourite bit the hallway & WC cloakroom, through a door into a cosy sitting room with relaxing recliner sofas, dining table a flat screen UHD HDR Smart TV.

The Cottage sleeps 4 people.

Merryweathers

Set within a walled garden and in the heart of Sussex, you are sure to enjoy creating fabulous memories together in spacious, comfortable accommodation, with uninterrupted views and access to the great outdoors.

The Oxney Barns

Distance to shop: 13 miles

The barns have been converted and renovated recently and are decorated in a clean, modern style. Greys and whites, combining natural materials and furniture with natural lines with old and rustic. Beautiful and relaxing.

Located around a communal garden, the barns sleep 14 in seven bedrooms (four doubles, three twins). The Old Barn is the central point for the group – it has a large central space for entertaining and getting together. In The Long Barn they have created the communal dining space – long tables to have meals with your family. In the summer you can use the garden which has lovely wooden tables and seats made for by a local traditional chestnut coppicing family.

The Print House

The Print House is a cosy and friendly 16th Century Inn with six boho chic bedrooms in the medieval town of Tenterden in the heart of English Winemaking Country.  Known as the Jewel of the Weald, with its historic buildings and wealth of independent shops and Chapel Down Vineyard 1 mile way.

Feel at home in the luxuriously comfortable lounge and library next to a roaring fire,  whether it is sipping wine or nursing a beer at the Snug Bar, or enjoying the outdoors in the walled kitchen garden with fire pit for long lazy brunches, coffee catch-ups or cocktails with friends.

Rankins Farm Glamping

Their 5-acre glamping village, in the midst of peaceful, landscape views, surrounded by natural wildlife, is an idyllic spot to spend time in the beautiful Kent countryside. Their six self-contained glamping pods are surprisingly spacious, almost Tardis-like, and are perfect for a romantic getaway, a weekend away with friends or, with our adventure playground, a perfect family spot. Located in an idyllic location close to many tourist attractions, castles and activities. 

Each glamping pod is fully self-contained, well-insulated and contains a double bed and sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults and 2 children under 15).

Pods are equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a fitted kitchen, which includes a fridge with a mini freezer compartment, electric hob, and a microwave. Underfloor heating is installed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Out the front you will find your own seating area with a personal steel fire pit/barbecue, all overlooking our breathtaking scenery.
